I am a mom who got tired of wasting all her money on disposable cleaning products. I love our earth and am committed to helping reduce the amount of waste in landfills. I will continually strive to provide my customers with cost efficient, earth friendly ways to clean their home.
Made to Order Items:
Turnaround time is generally 12 days or less. The turnaround time starts when payment is received (PayPal transaction is completed or check/Money order has been received and has cleared.)
I will send you an email notification before I ship with tracking info. If you do not hear from me within 12 days of ordering, please contact me.
Please allow more time for larger or wholesale orders - approximately 3-4 weeks.
If you order includes NO custom made items, please see our shipping policies for shipping days.
Please remember: turnaround time is separate from shipping time!
- I accept PayPal payment in US Dollars.
- *You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal: You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card, WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.
- If you are having any issues with PayPal, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will attempt to assist you in anyway that I can.
- Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped.
- I ship worldwide using USPS First Class shipping. All items are shipped on Mondays and Fridays. If a holiday falls on a shipping day, your item will be shipped the next day.
- Shipping on multiple purchases will be combined.
- *Inside the USA: All items shipped within the US are shipped using Delivery Confirmation. The DC number will be sent to the email you have on file with PayPal. Once the package is out of my hands and in the hands of the postal service, I cannot be held responsible for what may happen to it, including lost or damaged packages. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact me and I will do my best to replace the item or offer you a refund.
- *Outside the USA: Please be aware that if you live outside the United States there may be a customs fee added to your package by your country’s customs office. The customs form will state the accurate value of the items purchased. Please note that I cannot be held responsible for customs delays. Any chargeable import taxes and duties are payable by the customer. Once the package is out of my hands and in the hands of the postal service, I cannot be held responsible for what may happen to it, including lost or damaged packages. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact me and I will do my best to replace the item or offer you a refund.
- Refunds or exchanges are available if the item(s) are not as promised as long as I am alerted within 14 days of package arrival. BUYER pays return shipping to seller. If item is in need of adjustment, changes, etc, due to an error on my part, SELLER will ship the corrected item back to buyer at no charge to the buyer, as well as refund buyer's return shipping.
- If the item is not in need of repair, and the buyer simply wishes to return the item, BUYER pays return shipping. Once item is in seller's possession, seller will refund original payment and shipping. Buyer is responsible for any delivery confirmation fees required to assure the item is returned to me. Seller will NOT refund the return shipping on returns unless there is a structural error in the item, item is damaged, etc. PERSONALIZED items may not be returned.
- Please contact me with any questions, I wish to work with each customer personally and assure the orders are CORRECT before shipping. So please contact me if you have any problems!
- If you would like a place a custom order please contact me with your ideas, we can discuss the details and plan the design. Once we have agreed on a price and date for completion I will create a special listing in store for you to pay. Payment is due before I start work. Once payment has cleared I will start work on your order. When your order is complete I will send you photos for your approval. If you want significant changes that are not stated in the original agreed upon design, a small fee may be accessed for additional materials and time involved. When you are happy with your creation, I will ship your package to you on my next shipping date. PLEASE NOTE: Because of the time and effort involved, custom orders are not returnable.
What is PUL?
ProSoft PUL (Polyurethane Laminate fabric) is the leading industry brand & the top choice of waterproof pul fabric used by all the big manufacturers across the world. (Previously known as DiaperMaker PUL)
Besides the fact that it is made using a food grade film, it is also CPSIA & Food Safe tested and manufactured using an Eco-friendly process that involves laminating American-made polyester interlock knit fabric with a specially treated TPU film using a liquefied adhesive in a unique thermal bonding process that melt bonds the film onto the fabric.
This makes the PUL soft-handed, flexible and durable. The process uses no toxic solvents and emits no toxic waste or VOCs (Volatile Organic Chemicals) that are harmful to the environment (unlike other PUL manufacturing processes that cause harm to the environment by releasing VOCs into the atmosphere and toxic waste discharges into the earth).
They are all Made in USA in modern facilities without the use of toxic chemicals and carcinogens, using CPSIA compliant materials.
